How will the weather affect my scheduled work?

Inclement weather, including rain and severe conditions, may impede our ability to adhere to our scheduled appointments. Should weather or tree-related emergencies disrupt our plans, rest assured, we will promptly inform you and collaborate to reschedule at the earliest convenience.Additionally, there are situations where the ground must be dry to prevent any harm to your lawn or property. During these instances, we appreciate our clients' patience as we navigate through soggy weather conditions, ensuring we include them in our schedule when the ground is firm and safe for our operations.

Do I need to be home when MC Tree Service performs the work?

No, it is not necessary for you to be home. We will fully go over the job to be done with the homeowner before the work is performed. If you choose to be home to watch the work you’re more than welcome to, but don’t feel that you need to take a off from work in order to have tree work done.

If you choose to stay home and watch the work, please either stay in the safety of your home or if you must watch from outside, stay a safe distance away from all work and our ground crews. If a groundsman asks you to move, it is for your safety.

Is MC Tree Service insured?

Yes! Fully insured through Burlington Insurance Company. We are dedicated to the safety of our team and clients so you can rest assured that we will always have the most up-to-date general liability insurance.

What if my tree is in the back yard & there is no truck access?

Depending on what needs to be done to the tree we can still help you! We have a bucket truck that can reach over top of just about any house to access the back yard, as well as a spider lift that allows us to access tight spaces. If the tree is dead and needs to be removed, we can have a climber actually climb the tree and “piece it out”, or cut it down piece by piece.  Just give us a call with the location of the tree in that hard to reach spot and we’ll come out & give you a free estimate on getting the work done!

When is payment required?

MC Tree Service accepts payment at time of completion. You can simply pay a crew member with a check or cash, or with any major credit card through an emailed invoice.

Will tree removal damage my lawn?

In some cases, yes, tree removal can damage your property. Trees can damage your lawn when they fall or are damaged during storms, when they are removed using the wrong equipment, or when the ground is saturated from rainwater or melting snow. MC Tree Service is proud to use ground protection mats to protect your yard during the tree service process. These mats help to alleviate or minimize the ruts that can happen in your yard due to the use of heavy equipment that’s necessary to remove or trim your trees
